Metric Additions and Updates
Third Party Supply Pixels
Indian State Targeting
You can now target Indian states on your SpringServe demand objects. To set state targeting, go to the More Geo Targeting section on the Targeting tab of a demand tag or campaign.
Additional parameters are available for Header Bidding demand from Pubmatic.
Managing with Campaigns
We have released campaign waterfall management to Beta testers in SpringServe. With campaign waterfall management, you can add all demand tags in a campaign at once and view performance by campaign in the demand table. To view performance by demand tag, you can click on the number in the Demand column and open a campaign modal.
Supply with campaign waterfalls support Open Market demand and pods. Note that broadcast is enabled for all tiers in a campaign waterfall and cannot be disabled.
Please let your account manager know if your account would like to beta test this new feature.
Campaign Filters and Search
Budget bars displayed in the index tables throughout SpringServe are now more informative. The color of the bar now indicates the budget period; colors map as follows:
- orange: hourly
- teal: daily
- dark grey: weekly
- dark teal: monthly
- purple: lifetime
Objects with multiple budgets now show a progress bar for all budgets, rather than a single bar for the budget with the shortest period. In the image below, the first tag has an hourly budget and a daily budget.
Reporting & Debugger links
Throughout the UI, SpringServe displays graph and wrench icons that redirect to the reporting page and to the realtime debugger, respectively.
When redirecting to the reporting page, applicable filters and dimensions are applied. The link to the realtime debugger pre-loads the supply or demand object. These icons are now displayed on the Account Activity dashboards, allowing you to quickly analyze behavior of your top performing supply and demand objects.
The reporting link is displayed on the Bidders tab of the Open Market modal. Clicking this link redirects to the Create Reports page pre-loaded with the supply tag and open market filters.
Bid Density Charts
Bid Density graphs appear on the Bid Density tab of the open market modal. We have added these graphs to the quickstats graph in the Open Market tab of an External Bidder. This update allows users to conduct analysis from the demand side as well as the supply side. To view the bid density graph, select Bid Density from the pillbox in the quickstats graph. This graph will show the bids across all supply that has Open Market enabled for that bidder.
The Bid Density option is also available in the pillbox on the quickstats graph of open market- enabled supply tags . This is the same graph you will see in that supply tag’s Open Market modal, so you no longer need to drill down into the Open Market modal to see this visualization.
Existing connections appear on the Direct Connections tab of the DC page. The Connection Requests tab displays DC partners that are not connected to you. If you need to request to connect or reconnect to an account, you will find them on the Connection Requests tab. You will also see pending requests and accounts that have rejected your DC request. If you do not see a particular SpringServe partner, please reach out to your account manager.
